We offer comprehensive preservation consulting services, guiding clients through every stage of their adaptive reuse project, historic resource surveys and districts, as well as training and municipal services.
Preservation Studios has worked on a wide range of projects, including adaptive reuse, National Register nominations, cultural resource surveys, as well as the development of educational programming. Our firm provides commercial historic tax credit planning services, project management, and prepares historic rehabilitation tax credit applications, along with Section 14.09 and Section 106 reviews. Survey work includes both reconnaissance- and intensive-level documentation, as well as National Register listings. Educational efforts include workshops, lectures, and webinars.
